1-The educational platform for the American curriculum, McGraw-Hill ConnectED, constitutes a basic system
To improve student learning, this platform provides many educational resources for English, Science, and Mathematics subjects for different academic stages to be used in the electronic educational process.
2- Adopting a new educational system that is more vibrant and connected to reality, working on integration between educational robots and STEM standards, where it focuses

Courses :

Educational Levels

Kindergarten Department:
From the age of 5 years (KG3 )

The child’s age is calculated according to the dates approved by the Ministry of Education, and the child’s grade is determined according to the age calculated in the Noor Ministerial System.
A personal interview is conducted for the child along with a diagnostic test.

Primary section:
-Girls section from the first grade of primary school to the sixth grade of primary school.
-The (boys) section from the first grade of primary school to the third grade of primary school.

The student must be tested to determine the level of English language and determine the student’s acceptance after passing the test - the fee of the test is 115 riyals, including tax.

Documents required for registration

1. Fill out the following forms: registration form + student contract + promissory note + payment schedule.
2- A copy of the family and residency card for non-Saudis + a copy of the birth certificate + a copy of the passport + a copy of the vaccination card.

3. School certificates from the previous school + the student’s comprehensive record.
4. A copy of the exploratory fitness examination form for the first grade of primary school from a health center.
5. Financial clearance ( from the previous school.)

Skills for academic levels, placement tests and interviews:

Education fees :

1- Fees include educational and electronic services, textbooks, and school and sports uniforms.
2- The seat reservation fee is deducted from the tuition fees.
3- A 15% tax is added to tuition fees for non-Saudis.
4- School transportation fees are determined according to the location

5- Tuition fees may not be amended during the year after signing the contract except in implementation of new ministerial decisions .

6- To guarantee a seat reservation, the reservation amount must be paid before the start of the academic year, noting that the fee amount is non-refundable
7- Registration to participate in school transportation and payment of subscription fees begins before the beginning of the academic year in order to ensure and organize bus routes in terms of
Home location/number of passengers on the same bus route.

Payment policy in installments

1-After the guardian chooses the desired payments, the following will be done:
The guardian’s signature on the payment schedule according to the dates agreed upon with the accounting + signing of a promissory note

2-Payments are divided into months and dates as agreed with accounting, and a payment schedule will be signed.
3-Payment via bank transfer to the school account approved by the Financial Department.
4-School transportation fees are paid with the first installment of tuition fees.

Payment methods available at Madinaty Alsagheera International Schools

1- It is necessary to obtain a statement of fees due from the Financial Accounting Department.
2- Payment via bank transfer to the school’s account.
3- It is necessary to bring a payment notice from the bank to complete the registration process or to transfer a copy of the bank transfer via WhatsApp with the following data :

+ What are the procedures for dealing with emergencies and any health-related matters?

The school provides all medical and health procedures and supplies for students and school staff from an integrated clinic, and develops an emergency response plan in cooperation with the school administration and the neighborhood health center. The administration is keen to train female employees on first aid procedures and teach them the necessary emergency procedures.

+ How does the school communicate with parents regarding their children’s and developments in the school?

The school provides all types of communication with parents through the virtual platform (Classera) through announcements, messages, and monthly reports regarding the educational develpoments, as well as announcing school updates via social media applications such as WhatsApp, Snapchat, Instagram, Facebook, and others.
