Madinati Alsagheera International Schools in Jeddah would like to extend its sincere thanks and appreciation to you for choosing it to be your chidren's educational and learning place.
As for your children, we are pleased to place in your hands what distinguishes it from educational and pedagogical programs, financial policy and transportation for this year.

1. The educational platform for the American curriculum McGraw Hill, ConnectED, constitutes a basic system

Courses :

Educational stages

Kindergarten Department:
From 5 years old, kg3

The child's age is calculated according to the dates approved by the Ministry of Education (Nour Ministerial System) and the stage is determined
A personal interview is conducted for the child along with a diagnostic test.

Primary section:
-Girls section from the first grade of primary school to the sixth grade of primary school.
-The (boys) section from the first grade of primary school to the third grade of primary school.

The student must be tested to determine the level of English language and determine the student’s admission after passing the test
the value of the test is 115 riyals including tax

Documents required for registration

1. Fill out the following forms: registration form + student contract
2- A copy of the family card or residence card for non-Saudis + a copy of the birth certificate + a copy of the passport + a copy of
Vaccination card.

3. School certificates from the previous school + the student’s comprehensive record.
4. A copy of the health fitness examination form from a health center.
5. Financial clearance (financial clearance from the previous school).

study fees :

1- Fees include educational and electronic services, textbooks, and one school and 1 sports uniforms.
2- The seat reservation fee is deducted from the tuition fees.
3- A 15% added tax is added to tuition fees for non-Saudis.
4- School transportation fees are determined according to the destination. .

5- Tuition fees may not be amended during the year after signing the contract except in implementation of new ministerial decisions.

6- To guarantee a seat reservation, the reservation amount must be paid before the start of the academic year, knowing that the fee amount is non-refundable.
7. Registration to participate in school transportation and payment of subscription fees begins before the beginning of the academic year in order to ensure and organize bus routes in terms of home location/number of passengers on the same bus route.

Payment policy in installments

1-After the guardian chooses the desired payments, the following will be done: The guardian will sign the payment schedule according to
Dates agreed upon with accounting department + signing of a promissory note

2- Payments are divided according to months and dates that coincided with the accounting department and the signing of the payment plan.
3-Payment via bank transfer to the school account approved by the accounting Department.
4- School transportation fees are paid with the first installment of tuition fees.

Payment methods available at Madinaty Alsagheera International Schools

1- It is necessary to obtain a statement of the fees due from the Accounting Department.
2- Payment via bank transfer to the school’s account.
